Usually we are available from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. (GMT). However, we will check our e-mails outside these hours and at the weekend. We will do our best to meet your needs if you have an urgent deadline.

We have recently been experiencing some problems receiving e-mails and attachments from some university and business accounts. If you have not heard from us within 2 hours during normal business hours after you have sent your work it is possible that your e-mail has not been received. Please resend it from a webmail account such as Hotmail, Yahoo or GMAIL or send the file to acpaed@gmail.com.
